Parking slabs crack when the sub-base is under-compacted or the mesh sits in the wrong place. We compact in layers, place reinforcement at correct cover, and form control joints so any movement happens where we decide it will.

Shade that survives shamal winds

Canopy frames are engineered for uplift, not just weight. Fabric is tensioned to specification with stainless fittings, and we use PVDF-coated membrane where the client wants a structure that still looks clean after five summers.

Water goes somewhere

Every hardstanding is laid to fall with channel drains where needed, so the parking area is not a shallow pool after rain.
