Mix, place, cure

Strength comes as much from curing as from mix design. In UAE summer conditions concrete surface-dries long before it has hydrated, so we cure with membrane or water as the element requires rather than pouring and walking away.

Screeds that stay put

Screeds crack and debond when they are laid too thin, too dry, or over a dusty slab. We prepare and prime the substrate, lay to correct thickness, and form bay joints on larger areas.

Blockwork that lines through

Courses run level, perps line vertically, and openings are formed with proper lintels. It sounds basic; it is also the most common thing we are called to correct.
