Flat is a skill, not a claim

We dot and screed to establish true planes, run beads on every external corner and opening, and rule off properly. A wall that looks fine in flat light will show every wave once a lamp is placed against it, so we check with a straight edge, not by eye.

External render lasts or it does not

External systems get a bonding coat, correct mix proportions and mesh reinforcement at junctions and over service chases where cracking always starts.

Ready for finishes

Surfaces are handed over cured, dust-free and true, so painting and tiling trades are not fixing plastering faults.
