Renovation is riskier than new build because you inherit decisions somebody else made. We open up, survey and price the real condition before committing to a programme, so the client is not receiving variation claims every fortnight.

Working around people

Where a family is still living in the property, we phase works zone by zone, seal off dust, and keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen operational wherever possible.

Renew the invisible layers

There is little value in beautiful tiling over failing waterproofing or forty-year-old wiring. On full refurbishments we replace the systems behind the walls first, then finish.
